The Company has adopted a Code of Ethics, and an Organisational, Management and Control Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (Discipline on the administrative liability of legal entities, companies and associations, even if without legal status) and has appointed a Supervisory Body, with autonomous powers of initiative and control, responsible for supervising the function, observance and updating of Model 231.
